Assignment Title: Simulation Lab ADIME Chart Note

 

Assignment Description: This assignment was to create an ADIME note from a “patient” from the simulation lab.

 

What I learned: I learned how to take a meeting with a patient and create an ADIME note from it. This was the first ADIME note from an interaction with a patient and I learned a great deal about what information to get from a patient and how to write a PES statement, goals, and interventions that were specific to this patient.

 

Relevance to the profession: This assignment is relevant to the profession because clinical dietitians write many ADIME notes and writing appropriate PES statements and interventions will provide the best nutrition care.
