What I learned: I learned how to determine yield and purchasing units and create formulas to calculate the total costs products on an excel spreadsheet.

 

Relevance to the profession: This assignment is relevant to the profession because dietitians in food service or schools have to purchase food and having an organized and streamline way to calculate purchases will make this task more manageable.
